Dr. Kahn was board certified in internal medicine in 1988, following her residency at University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago.
She graduated with honors as a James Scholar from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria in 1985. She also received the Richardson Scholarship for Foreign Study. With this honor, she spent three months in medical training in South African community and mission hospitals.
She has been in private practice in the Western suburbs since 1988 and is currently an instructor of healthcare informatics at Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies masters degree program.
Dr. Kahn is married, with two daughters and one son, and in her leisure time enjoys playing the cello, exercise, and cooking healthy gourmet meals.
Dr. McNaughton was board certified in internal medicine in 1994, after completing his residency in internal medicine at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
He received his bachelor of science degree with honors in biology in 1984 from Tulane University in New Orleans. His doctorate of medicine was awarded in 1991 from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He has been in the full time practice of internal medicine since 1994.
Dr. McNaughton is a member of the Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity, as well as the organizations listed above.
Dr. McNaughton is married and the father of two boys and one girl. Family sporting events and the piano occupy his leisure time.
Dr. Van Roekel is a board certified internist with more than 20 years' experience in private practice.
She graduated summa cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University and earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1981. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University's Evanston Hospital in 1984.
Dr. Van Roekel is married and the mother of one daughter. She also enjoys adventure travel, hiking, and the arts.
