Our internal medicine practice focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of both common and complex illnesses. The internist can serve as personal family physician for both adults and adolescents.
We provide physical examinations for school, sports, or employment in addition to adolescent and adult immunizations, including influenza vaccinations. Fox Prairie Medical Group also offers evaluation of skin lesions, with biopsy and excision services available if necessary.
Diagnostic Services
Fox Prairie Medical Group has laboratory and other diagnostic services on site. When imaging procedures or other more sophisticated testing is necessary, these services are available at nearby medical facilities. Physical therapy facilities are also conveniently located nearby.
After Hours Service
For urgent medical problems that arise after regular office hours, Fox Prairie Medical Group maintains a 24 hour answering service. Call at (630) 682-2873 to contact the on call physician.

We participate in many insurance plans, including Medicare. Our staff can assist you in verifying coverage for our services. If you do not have insurance coverage, our staff can assist you in developing a payment plan.
